Unlock All Generals:
Press R1, R2, L1, L2, Square, Square, Triangle and Triangle at the main menu to unlock all generals.

Unlock All Wu Generals:
Press R2, R1, L2, L1, Triangle, Triangle, Triangle and Square at the main menu to unlock all Wu generals.

Unlock All Shu Generals:
Press R1, R1, L1, L1, Square, Triangle, Square and Triangle at the main menu to unlock all Shu generals.

Unlock All Wei Generals:
Press R1, R1, L1, L2, Square, Square, Square and Triangle at the main menu to unlock all Wei generals.
