Arkadium Gamedek 2.1 launches
by Jolex Del Pilar

Thursday, January 22, 2004

New version feature multiplayer heavily.

Arkadium, Inc. today announced that it has officially launched Version 2.1 of its flagship product, the Arkadium Gamedek. This version of the Gamedek system features multiple community driven enhancements including private tournaments. The private tournament feature gives community members the power to create their own password protected tournaments, invite friends and foes using a self-defined password and share in tournament revenue.

The addition of private tournaments is appealing to individuals, clubs, fraternities, sororities, etc., because it provides them with a revenue generating tool and allows them to control the participants and preserve the community aspect inherent in the Arkadium Gamedek. All of Arkadiumıs 35 games are available in private tournament format.

Arkadium is also offering an extras package that includes enhanced avatars, emoticons and sounds, which make communication during game play via the Arkadium instant messaging feature more playful and fun. The company has also upgraded its Cheat Control technology with more enhanced anti-fraud protection measures.
