MGS2: Substance, outrage!

Disappointment about MGS2: Substance? We have some for ya!

I have just read your article on MGS2: Substance and I am very, very dissappointed! Even as far to the extent of being so pissed off that I will smash every copy I see in the stores. I'll tell everyone else how shit that game is. MGS is not about stupid skateboarding or the story line being changed just for some of Bill Gates' cash, it's about stealth and tactics. Frankly, I can't believe what a sell out this is. As one of the many loyal PlayStation owners I'm sure all of us will be disgusted when that pile of trash gets put on the market. And Mr. Johnson, you oughtt to be ashamed, highly rating something so shit. Shame on you.

Josh

I understand that you're mad that Metal Gear Solid 2: Substance will be going to the Xbox. I too am a big fan of the series, and I was a little mad when I heard it was going to Xbox. But all signs were pointing to Xbox when Konami had plans of making this title. Right now, the Xbox has a pretty good size fan base, and that is growing every day, as so for the PlayStation2 and GameCube. Konami is just trying to sell more copies of the game, and they're wanting Xbox owners who don't have a PlayStation2, such as myself, the chance to be able to play the game, and not make them feel left out.

As for the skateboarding, I'm not sure where Konami got that idea, so I'm not a little excited about that either. I don't think it should be in the game, but if they're going to put it in, I guess there's nothing we can do to stop them.

I'm sure Metal Gear Solid 2: Substance will turn out to be a great game. Be prepared for my review of the game when it hits stores this November.
