What titles are you looking to register? This information would help me a little in determining your course of action as different companies have different solutions in terms of registering software online. In most cases, a short e-mail to the Quality Assurance, or Customer Support people on the "publisher's" (not developers) website will usually suffice. Just send a short note explaining your situation, and they will usually be able to help you.

When hosting a game of PGR2, is there any way to enable rain effects at nightime, and if not how can this be done? Thank you for your time.

Amazingly, this is the fifth time we been sent this question. To put it simply, there is no way to enable rain during a hosted game of Project Gotham 2. Why you may ask? Blame it on an oversight by Bizarre Creations, the developers of PGR2.
