After a successful GDC, Codemasters looks to expand developer relationships and pursue global publishing opportunities at E3.
After building a tremendous amount of interest from game developers at the recent Game Developers Conference (GDC), Codemasters' acquisitions team looks to continue its worldwide business development momentum by acquiring further titles at this year's E3 expo (May 14-16, Los Angeles).
Codemasters’ product acquisition team will be available to meet game developers at E3 (Codemasters booth 746, South Hall, Los Angeles Convention Center) and discuss global publishing opportunities. Codemasters is looking to sign titles for PC, PC online, PlayStation 2, Xbox and GameCube formats.
"GDC produced excellent results for Codemasters with over 80 submissions from the international development community,” said Gary Rowe, head of business development and manager of Codemasters’ acquisitions program. “We're in serious negotiations with a number of key developers we met with at GDC.”
"However, Codemasters' acquisitions program remains open,” Rowe added. “We're eager to use E3 as a platform to meet more developers and view more products that fit Codemasters' policy of publishing games of excellence."
