Crime Cities in stores now
by VGLN Staff

Wednesday, August 13, 2003

Action shooter from Techland is now available.

Big City Games and developer Techland announced that their new shooter/simulator title, Crime Cities, has shipped to retail stores nationwide.

“The fact that it combines the key elements of a shooter and a vehicle simulator give it an intense energy level,” explains Steve Milburn, Director of Marketing at Strategy First. “It is a blast to play.”

Crime Cities takes you to Pandemia, a futuristic world where law and order have been replaced by a flood of terror and crime. The Human Federation decides to frame one of its best men for treason and disobeying orders. He is sentenced to spend the rest of his days on one of the planet’s prison cities. This is his cover as he begins an important mission.

The complex plot along with an explosive environment will have you flying hovercrafts through a myriad of sky scrappers on life-threatening missions. Crime Cities offers you the best of both the shooter and the future vehicle simulator worlds.

Games Features

· Over 100 branching missions

· 50 different cars to use

· More than 20 different weapons

· 3 individual cities (plus tutorial city)

· Wide array of vehicle modifications

· Full freedom of movement in a 3D environment

· Varied AI for different enemies

· Fast paced shooting and tactical game play

· Amazing explosions, spectacular weather effects and environmental sounds

Crime Cities has an ESRB rating of Teen and an SRP of $19.99. For more information on the game, please visit www.bigcitygames.com
