Legacy Interactive announced the release of an executable demo for its title, Law & Order II: Double or Nothing. The demo gives players a first taste of the new game, including exploration of the investigation and trial proceedings. Additionally, the demo contains several areas where players can directly link to the game’s website where they can order the game.
Featuring accurate depictions of the award winning Law & Order television franchise, complete with celebrity voiceovers from stars Jerry Orbach, Elisabeth Röhm and S. Epatha Merkerson, Law & Order II: Double or Nothing offers a unique blend of adventure and mystery as it explores the intricate worlds of criminal investigation and legal prosecution. With game play divided between the investigation and trial, the player experiences the storyline from a variety of angles. In the detective role, the player uncovers clues leading to the murder of a famous scientist found shot to death in his car in midtown Manhattan. As Assistant District Attorney, the player prepares a case against the defendant and takes to the courtroom, hoping to convince a jury to return a guilty verdict.
