Far Cry trailer released

Game will soon be made into feature film.

Ubisoft informed VGLN.com today of the release of the official Far Cry Trailer. You may have read that director-producer, Uwe Boll is planning to make Far Cry into an action-packed Hollywood film. Players can get an early glimpse at Far Cry's Hollywood magic by watching the trailer, and witnessing how Jack got into his island predicament.

In Far Cry, after escorting an inquisitive journalist to a remote tropical island, Jack finds himself stranded in paradise, hunted by an unrelenting team of highly trained mercenaries. He will need to outwit hordes of cunning mercenaries, make long-range assaults from more than a kilometer away, and use every vehicle, weapon, and strategy at his disposal to outlast the island's evils and escape with his life.

Far Cry is scheduled to launch in March 2004.
