FFX to ship early, again

Final Fantasy X to be released the 18th of December, not the 26th.

It seems that Square EA has decided that it is foolish to ship Final Fantasy X, its highly anticipated PlayStation 2 title, a day after Christmas. The company has announced today that it will now begin shipping the game on December 18 and it should be on store shelves around the country by December 20.

Since being released back in July throughout Japan, Final Fantasy X is the first PlayStation 2 game to reach two million units sold. The entire Final Fantasy series has sold over 35 million units across the globe.
