Travellers Tales will hold the reigns of THQ's Disney/Pixar related project.
THQ Inc. has tabbed game developer Travellers Tales to create the Disney/Pixar upcoming videogame Finding Nemo.
Finding Nemo is the first title in the works under a multi-property publishing agreement between Disney Interactive, THQ and Pixar Animation Studios. The game is based on the movie of the same name and both are to be released on the same date in the summer of 2003. Finding Nemo will be available for the PlayStation 2, Xbox and GameCube platforms.
Travellers Tales' resume includes the development of Crash Bandicoot: The Wrath of Cortex for the PS2 and assorted games based on the Toy Story license.
Finding Nemo is an underwater adventure following the journeys of two fish, a father and his son Nemo, after they become separated in the Great Barrier Reef.
