Stuntman among the "near million sellers" for Infogrames.
Exact shipping numbers of games are interesting because they aren’t always divulged or made known by game publishers. Infogrames, Inc. released a bit of PR today pumping up a recent flurry of game releases as its fiscal year comes to a close (June 30). June 25th saw the company ship 825,000 copies of its PlayStation 2 game Stuntman, which was developed internally by Reflections Interactive (creators of the Driver series). Neverwinter Nights for the PC shipped a total of 1 million units, with 500,000 units for North America and the other half to other territories around the world. Since reaching stores on June 18th, the game has sold through 125,000 units to date and has generated reorders for 100,000 more copies.
