989 to Sponsor Quarterback Challenge contest by

989 Sports, a division of Sony Computer Entertainment America (SCEA) has become the title sponsor of the NFL Quarterback Challenge, which will take place in Santa Monica, California later this month.
The 14th incarnation of the competition will once again see the top quarterbacks in the Nation Football League compete in a series of events to determine a winner. This year’s contestants include Brad Johnson, Jeff Garcia and Tom Brady. The event will be televised on CBS-TV on July 19 – 20.
Along with the renaming of the event to The 989 Sports NFL Quarterback Challenge, 989 Sports will receive eight commercial spots during the CBS broadcast of the competition, logo placement around and in the event as well as print ads in Sports Illustrated and USA Today that will display the 989 Sports logo.
