Eidos has shipped PlayStation 2 version of The Italian Job to stores in North America.
Based on the Paramount Pictures movie of the same name, which is currently in theatres, the title will put gamers behind 11 different vehicles (including the real star of the movie, the Mini Cooper), as they attempt to get revenge on the man who double-crossed them in a gold heist. Four modes of play are featured all together, Circuit Racing, Stunt Driving, Multiplayer and Story mode. Movie photos, footage and concept art are also included on the game disc.
The Climax-developed games are rated “T” (Teen) and will sell for approximately $39.99.
