NBA Jam is ready to ship for PS2

Game is due to be in stores later this month.
Acclaim Entertainment informed us that NBA Jam for the PlayStation 2 has gone gold and will arrive in stores on September 23.
The game will feature all 29 NBA teams and allow players to compete in 3 on 3 basketball games. 50 of basketball’s greatest players will be in the game as well, along with a Create-a-Player mode, a selection of mini-games and commentary from Tim Kitzrow, the original voice of NBA Jam.
An Xbox version of the title will be released to stores on September 30.
