Online shooter ships to retail outlets.

Sony Computer Entertainment America (SCEA) announced the release of SOCOM II: U.S. Navy SEALs, their popular online shooter.

The game offers either 12 single player missions or 22 multiplayer stages with which to play "soldier" on. Additionally, Sony has also released a USB headset that works with the game. The headset sells for $29.99.

SOCOM II is rated “M” (Mature) and has an MSRP of $49.99.
