Office of Film and Literature Classification bans Rockstar's game.
Rockstar's moody, often violent, thriller has officially been banned by the New Zealand Office of Film and Literature Classification.
Chief censor Bill Hastings decided to ban Manhunt because of its excessive, and often gruesome violence. "It's a game where the only thing you do is kill everybody you see," he said. "It gets worse. Not only do you have to kill everybody you see, you can choose to kill 'mild,' 'medium' or 'hot'."
We think Bill Hastings should become educated about games instead of blaming them for the world's social problems.
