Experience anime in Tokyo and travel back in time to Kyoto to experience traditional samurai culture! Brand new for Spring 2004, Pop Japan Travel has created a Tokyo and Kyoto tour all in one! In Tokyo, participants will get an exclusive tour of an anime studio and experience the traditional and pop culture areas of Tokyo. Then enjoy a nice drive up Mt. Fuji and then off to Kyoto via the Japanese bullet train (included in the package!). In Kyoto, we'll visit some of the most popular traditional sightseeing spots as seen in Rurouni Kenshin and The Last Samurai. We'll also visit Toei's Kyoto Studio Park where samurai and ninja shows are made and where participants can experience a traditional old Edo samurai town! All this, plus airfare from LAX to Narita (Tokyo) and Kansai (Osaka) to LAX, hotel accomodations (based on double occupancy), and all breakfast meals! This is a must for all new and returning visitors to Japan!
