Tira Wireless today announced that Paul Schaut has been appointed Chief Executive Officer.
Schaut, who most recently was the President and CEO of Performaworks, has 22 years of technology experience. Prior to Performaworks, Schaut was the President and CEO of Engage, Inc., a company that grew from from 40 employees and $100K in revenue to 1,800 employees and more than $200M in revenue under his leadership.
Schaut will be taking over for Tira's interim CEO and co-founder, Tony Davis.
Davis commented, "He has successfully led both start up and established companies through a variety of growth phases, and will now play a pivotal role in leading Tira through the next stage in its business strategy."
