Following similar deals with the National Hockey League (NHL) and the National Football League (NFL), THQ Wireless has hooked up with Major League Baseball (MLB) and the Major League Baseball Player’s Association (MLBPA) for a licensing deal that will allow it to develop officially licensed games, ringtones and other extras for wireless users.
Products, including MLB Slam 2004, MLB Home Run Derby 2004 and a fantasy game, will begin being issued this summer.
