DVD will cover Atari's upcoming shooter.

g-NET Media LLC and Atari informed VGLN.com of the release of the ultimate video game companion for Atari’s upcoming Terminator 3: The Redemption with the Official iTips DVD. The Official iTips DVD for Terminator 3: The Redemption provides the instruction, tips, and bonus content that will enable consumers to get the most out of the game, which is scheduled to hit retail shelves September 7, 2004.

Features of this limited edition iTips DVD include:

The Terminator Story – An overview of the entire Terminator story.

“I’m Back” – An eye-popping video showcase of some of the signature moves the T-850 pulls off in Terminator 3: The Redemption, set to a pounding in-game soundtrack.

Targeting Tips – A video tutorial on the strategy for effectively aiming and controlling vehicles during the many harrowing driving and shooting moments of Terminator 3: The Redemption.

Abilities & Attacks – A video review of the many hand-to-hand attack combos, the most efficient upgrade order, and other advanced fighting techniques.

Enemies & Vehicles - A hint-filled gallery of all the enemies, vehicles, and ships included in the game (some of which are unique to the game and not in the movies).

Level Rundown – A video synopsis of every level of the game and the type of gameplay presented in each.

Concept Art & Renders – A chance for Terminator fans to discover all the reference material, concept art, and early renders of the models and designs used in the development of the game.

And More DVD Content – Including the Terminator 3: The Redemption Trailer and a trailer for Atari’s upcoming game, Demon Stone

The iTips DVD game companion is absolutely free for gamers buying Terminator 3: The Redemption at Gamestop and Electronics Boutique. The DVD content will also be available on-line for download from many different entertainment outlets covering the video game, movie, and music industries.

With a patent pending and a growing slate of exclusive licenses from some of the world’s largest game publishers, g-NET is the first-mover, pioneer, and leader in the DVD game guide market. In Spring 2004, g-NET officially launched the Official iGuide DVD game guide product line, which is distributed nationally, wherever games are sold, by FUNimation Productions Ltd. FUNimation is one of the country’s leading home-video distributors responsible for properties such as “Dragon Ball Z,” “Yu-Gi-Oh!,” “Yu Yu Hakusho,” and “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.”
