Whiptail has patched their mobster strategy game to version 1.2.
Publisher Whiptail Interactive and developer MediaMobsters announced today that a new update patch has been released for the action game Gangland. Patch 1.2 addresses a variety of issues including a checkpoint save feature, which allows players to save within the game’s missions at pre-determined checkpoints. The patch and a complete list of features are available for download at: www.whiptailinteractive.com/downloads.php. As an incentive for mobsters in the making, Gangland is also now available for $39.99 at retail outlets nationwide.
Gangland combines the RTS, RPG & SIM genres into a new breed of gaming mayhem. Players take on the role of one of four brothers: Mario, Angelo, Romano or Sonny as they visit 26 different locations in Paradise City, each featuring 500+ characters with individual behaviors. The game features 26 Conquests and Challenges where players can use 7 different vehicles and more than a dozen weapons to rule the streets. Multiplayer action supports up to 8 players over LAN or Internet.
