Blitzkrieg: Burning Horizon coming next week

CDV will launch 3D strategy game on June 8th.

CDV Software Entertainment today announced the North American release dates of two upcoming real-time strategy titles for the PC platform. "BLITZKRIEG: BURNING HORIZON," the sequel to 2003's hit title "BLITZKRIEG" is scheduled for a release date of June 8. "CODENAME: PANZERS," a fully 3D World War II real-time strategy game, is slated for retail stores on August 31.

The official stand-alone expansion, "Blitzkrieg: Burning Horizon" immerses you into even more high-powered battles of World War II. Offering a huge 18-mission campaign centered around the historical figure of General Rommel, you will be able to fight famous battles in Ardennes, El Alamein, Tripoli, Tobruk, Sicily and Normandy. The expansion pack will also contain exciting single missions with a new nation: Japan.
